Explanation: Use commas to separate three or more items in a series (lists) and to separate the name of a city from its state or country (locations).

? Quotation Marks in Dialogue (Direct Speech)
Explanation: Use quotation marks ("...") at the beginning and the end of a person’s exact words. Separate the speaker tag from the actual quotation using a comma. Note that the punctuation (comma, period, question mark) goes inside the closing quotation mark.
