We all need foodto live and grow. Where does our food come from? A lot of it comes from a farmer. A farmer works hard on the land to grow crops. In the fall, farmers pick crops like apples, pears, and pumpkins. They also grow vegetables like carrots, peas, and yams. After the farmer picks the food, they might take it to amarket. A market is a place where people go to buy fresh food.We go to the market to buy healthy things to eat.
