chart – a picture that shows information or data.
report – a document that gives information about something.
data – facts, numbers, or information.
number – a digit or quantity.
figure – a number in a report or chart.
increase – to go up or become larger.
decrease – to go down or become smaller.
compare – to look at two or more things and see the differences.
show – to make information visible or clear.
explain – to make something clear or easy to understand.
information – facts or details about something.
result – what happens after an action or test.
analyse – to study something carefully to understand it.
trend – the general direction of change over time.
summary – a short explanation of the main points.
Use there is for one thing and there are for more than one.

Use comparatives to compare two things. Add -er or use more.

Look at the chart. There are three lines. The red line is bigger than the blue line. This shows an increase in sales.
In the report, there is a summary of last month’s data. The number of customers decreases in June. We can analyse why.
There is a manager and there are four team members. The manager explains the chart. The numbers show a rising trend.
